On April 12th, the working exchange meeting among Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei Industrial and Commercial Federations was held in Beijing. Yu Shixue, Chairman of Zhongke Huilian and a member of the expert advisory committee of Beijing Industrial and Commercial Federation, was invited to attend. During the meeting, he shared insights and introduced the AI innovation breakthroughs that Zhongke Huilian had achieved in digital content management, AI interaction, meta-universe and AI solutions in various industries in recent years. He also elaborated on Zhongke Huilian's "1139" product R&D and sales system. He was accompanied by He Zhantao, Vice President of Zhongke Huilian and General Manager of AI Metaverse Business Unit.

Yu Shixue is the Chairman of Huilan Technology Co., Ltd and he is also a member of the expert advisory committee of Beijing Industrial and Commercial Federation.

Also present at the meeting were Cui Jianxin, Chairman of the Beijing Industrial and Commercial Federation, Vice Chairmen Cai Jingren and Sun Yang, and all members of the Secretariat; Wang Hongjun, Secretary-General of the Tianjin Industrial and Commercial Federation, and Wang Li, Director of the Office; Yu Longhai, Secretary-General of the Hebei Industrial and Commercial Federation. In addition, Yang Qingfeng, Executive Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of the Beijing Industrial and Commercial Federation, and Sun Yang, Member of the Expert Committee of the Beijing Industrial and Commercial Federation and Secretary-General of the Beijing Industrial and Commercial Federation, presided over the meeting.

The meeting focused on the national strategy for coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Participants reviewed the progress made in the coordinated development of the region over the past nine years, analyzed the current situation in which new patterns for coordinated development need to be established, and set the work objectives for the coordinated cooperation among the industrial and commercial federations of the three regions. Through exchanges, the meeting reached consensus on two major points: First, to establish a working joint meeting mechanism among the industrial and commercial federations of the three regions. The main research content of the joint meeting will be to propose innovative ideas, work methods, policy suggestions, and activity plans for local industries and manufacturing industries based on the planning, tasks, work priorities, and goals of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. These plans will promote high-quality development and establish a cooperative model that radiates throughout the industrial and supply chains in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Second, the three parties will actively cooperate in carrying out enterprise investigations, work exchanges, industrial promotion, project advancement, cultivating enterprise brands, and promoting enterprise brand images. In addition, they will hold policy dissemination, high-level forums, specialized seminars, and training activities, etc. During the meeting, it was decided that a joint hosting of the "2023 Digital Transformation Promotion Conference for Enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region" and the "Report on the Current Situation and Trends of Digital Transformation of Enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region" would be held at an appropriate time this year. The aim is to fully leverage each other's strengths, form a joint force, and support a successful conference.
