Recently, to fully leverage the roles of various organizations in industry, academia, research, and application in the field of artificial intelligence standardization, the Artificial Intelligence Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publicly solicited members for its working groups. With years of extensive experience in digital content management, AI interaction, and intelligent decision-making and forecasting, Huilan Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully joined as a member of the committee.
To implement the national strategy for promoting the high-quality development of artificial intelligence, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially established the Artificial Intelligence Standardization Technical Committee (MIIT/TC1) on December 27, 2024. This is the Ministry's first standardization body in the field of artificial intelligence, aimed at establishing industry standards to regulate technology applications, improve industry collaboration efficiency, and contribute to global AI governance with a "China Solution." The committee focuses on key areas such as foundational commonality, algorithm models, and security governance, accelerating the development of a standard system that covers the entire industrial chain and promoting the deep integration of technological research and development with practical applications.
Huilan Technology Co., Ltd. actively participates in the development of various standards at all levels in fields such as digital content management and AI interaction. It has completed 3 national standards, 2 industry standards, and 9 group standards. In the field of artificial intelligence, as the lead organization for the standards, it has worked with Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Communication University of China, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Pengcheng Laboratory, Digital Xusheng, and other academic, research, and industry institutions and enterprises to jointly formulate the country's first standard for digital human interaction, the "Virtual Digital Human Multimodal Interaction Information Specification." Additionally, it has participated in the development of general standards in the broader AI field, including the "Digital Twin Information Model General Standard," "Natural Language Processing Technology and Product Evaluation Methods," and "Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Evaluation Specifications."
In the future, Huilan Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to leverage its business advantages in standard pre-research and industry implementation, actively participate in the discussion of industry standards, and provide constructive suggestions based on practical application scenarios. It will also actively contribute to the construction and formulation of the AI standard system within the committee.
