The Wisdom Government large model is responsible for "quick thinking," rapidly screening and filtering massive amounts of government information, accurately identifying key content related to user needs, and assessing the complexity of the demands. For simple issues, it can quickly break down the knowledge and use RAG retrieval to generate feedback for users.
The solution also creates a dedicated "Service Digital Human" for government and party industry clients. The Digital Human leverages deep learning technology to study vast amounts of government data and documents, acquiring extensive knowledge of government affairs. In collaboration with the Wisdom Government large model, it enhances functions such as intelligent search and recommendation of government knowledge, automatic form filling for government processing, and intelligent work order distribution in scenarios like government hotline operations, knowledge management, and intelligent assistants. This helps the government transition from passive response to proactive service, improving the intelligence level of government services.
